WOW! I can't believe I just found your information! It's like you know my child. I have been searching for answers for 11 years! Severe hypotonia diagnosed at 6 months. MRI showed nothing. Autism diagnosed at 3 years. Three Neurologists told me there was nothing they could do for my son. My search for vision help has been exhaustive. Apraxia diagnosed by me, Mom, at age 7. For 4 years I have been trying to get him speech therapy to help and have not been able to find anyone who knows how to help him. Motor planning issues and sensory issues very apparent. When I ask his OT's and ST and PT's why he does something they stare at me blankly and say that is a good question.
He is still in diapers at 11, because of the hypotonia, I assume?
I know EFA's are what he needs. He loves to drink cod liver oil, but I don't think it is the best oil. How do I get my son a neurodevelopmental eval.?
I will be up all night reading your info. Thank you! Thank you!
